Scoot is a short child, nearly the same height on skates as Kelsey. She is non-white with brown skin that has more purple hues. Her eyes, while black, appear purple under her goggles, that have a purple plastic color and gray around the rim. Her hair is dark and curly, tied into two pigtails that stick out of her gray helmet.She wears a pale blue under shirt with an orange, traffic cone vest on top. the vest had two stripes.
