"Pencil Break Mania" is the 9th episode of the third season and the 89th episode overall of Craig of the Creek.
Synopsis[]
When Pencil Break Mania hits the Creek, JP finds himself as an unlikely champion and is forced to defend his title against the very best!
Plot[]
Craig is showing off his new school supplies. Kelsey and JP have a pencil breaking competition, and Kelsey loses to JP. Kelsey buries her broken pencil, so it will “grow into a tree”. Paintball Benny comes in, challenging JP to a game of pencil breaking, and again, JP wins. Benny gives JP the belt and tells him that he's the ultimate winner. Then, Nate Moger III comes in and starts a wrestling-style contest for pencil breaking. Everyone is rooting for JP, and it turns out that David from the Elders is a referee, and Mark and Barry are announcers. The first competitor is Toman, and JP wins. JP wins again, this time to a magical anime girl styled girl named Sparkle Cadet. JP wins to everyone in the competition, even to Boris, who has a giant pencil that is really just a painted piece of wood. Nate Moger III wants the belt from JP, and says he'll give him school supplies, but JP refuses, so Nate says he'll just have to steal it from him. Nate refuses, and they compete. JP tries to break Nate's pencil, but it doesn't work as the pencil is mechanical. JP then uses such great force, the mechanical pencil is destroyed. Barry passes out due to shock.
