Recently, after since i hired two users for adminship, i've been receiving messages from different users, asking me, if i can grant them admin or mod rights, okay just for a reminder for y'all, just because two users got any rights, it doesn't mean that it's ok for y'all to show up on my main profile, only to ask if I could give y'all rights, you need to understand that bureaucrats are not permitted into taking requests on adminship, regardless if you're experienced or not, obtaining rights isn't about getting any high rank of having such rights over normal users, it's about those who's willing to take the responsibility and puts trust into others in order to keep things in order for others. All of that of ya asking me for something like that is dead. So please for the last time, DO NOT, and I repeat, DO NOT ASK ME FOR ANYMORE REQUESTS ON RIGHTS IF YOU'RE NOT GONNG TO COMPILY TO THE RULES. And if i find anyone who randomly message me for rights will be deleted.
I've also received one of these requests. May I suggest that a page be created and dedicated to staff requirements?
It should, because they need to understand that it isn't about getting any ranking of some sort, and i also believe that they're acting like, just because i gave you and Carlsaga the rights, they think that i'm supposed to easily give them the rights when they're not technically responsible nor understand the fundamentals of being a admim.
Well, I am glad that you are willing to participate on joining adminship to the wiki. Okay, there are at least 2 questions that i wanted you to ask before you are qualified to being promoted:
Question 1: How long are you active on this wiki?
Question 2: How many edits that you have made so far?
And once that you answered those questions, i will decide to grant you the user rights.
Q1: I joined this wiki earlier this year, in February 6, with two edits. Eventually, I came back here in April to improve the condition of the wiki.
Q2: 540 edits so far (mainspace only: 388)
Being an admin won't be an easy task, and is indeed tempting. However, with only a few users active in the wiki, it's the decision of my inner self to step up and pursue this position. I solemnly swear to use these rights for the benefit of the wiki community.
Peace out. Carl (wall/talk) 12:24, May 25, 2020 (UTC)
