Jackie (as a Champion, "The Arm") is a Creek Kid, formerly a member of the Water Lily Brigade. He lives in Herkleton Mills and spends his free time at the Other Side of the Creek.

Physical appearance

Jackie is a tall, skinny teenager with moderate brown skin.

Champion outfit

Jackie wore yellow goggles, pink gloves, a green hat that resembles a water lily, a navy blue sweater, blue jeans, baby blue sneakers, and a long green cape.

Creek Kid outfit

When Xavier was overthrown, he began wearing a turquoise shirt, purple shorts, orange shoes and a burgundy hat and goggles.

Personality

He mostly has a confident and calculated personality throughout his debut appearance. He also has a strong left arm, as he can throw with enough force to hit the water balloon to the point where it soaks through the target and seriously bruises an intended victim, hence why he got the alias of "The Arm".

He is deaf, communicating via ASL and Black ASL.
